Mold and leaky roof. They offer no food. Management is not good!

Over all the place itself was great. My cousin is in there because she had a stroke. We went in at 3:30 and she was wet pushed the call button. No response. A hour later a aid comes in and tells her she’s not changing her she was just changed awhile ago. Then leaves. Brings back her food she didn’t want it. The aid ask if she wanted a hamburger and fries. She said yes. 20 minutes lates the aid comes back and looks at her really mean and says you really don’t want that hamburger and fries right. My cousin looked afraid she said no. And she still never changed her. We left after over two hours and she still hadnt been changed. That was on August 12 2022. The very next Wednesday we went back she said she hadnt had her pill yet. So we went to see why she hadn’t gotten it. The nurse came in and said that they didn’t have any of the pill she takes in the building. How do you run out of a patients pills. Is someone else taking them. She can’t talk because of her stroke. We do signs trying to figure out what she is saying. Also on the 12 when we pushed the call button the aid only responded to yell at my cousin because her button was on. And then she put it on the left where she can’t reach it. She is parilized on her right side.

They did a very nice job showing me around at StoryPoint Grove City. It's a new facility, the rooms were very nice, roomy, they had a lot of scheduled activities to keep people's interest, the gentleman who showed us around was very nice, he followed up, and was very professional. I was impressed.

It was good. It was pretty busy, and it seemed to be crowded. The staff member gave me a tour and took the time to show me everything, but he didn't have a room available. They could use a little help with the cleanliness too. The staff member was very friendly and very helpful. He gave me all the information I needed. The place wasn't kept up, and it felt more institutional.

It was outstanding and beautiful. The staff was top notch and very friendly. The dining area was very nice and very clean. The apartment was a nice size and the layout was excellent. They had beautiful grounds where everybody could walk and a nice area where they could sit. I would highly recommend it for anybody looking for independent living.

I love everybody that lives here and works here. They are all very friendly. Tom and Josh in maintenance are my heroes. They are very efficient. StoryPoint has opened in October 2017 and I came in March 2018. When we first moved in, the food was wonderful. We had fish, shrimp, and lobsters. We had a variety of fish and meat products. Now, they do have some shrimp scampi and things like that, but it doesn't compare in any way to what it was in the beginning when we moved here. Every once in a while, we get a meal and everything is good, it is cooked right and it is hot, but there are so many days when we go down there, the food when it is served to us is not even really that warm. They threw a lot of Mexican food at us, which we do not like. It is too spicy. Also there is too much chicken on the menu. There is a lot to do to improve the meals around here. They need to cook the vegetables. When you get a vegetable on the dinner plate, you don't want it to be half-cooked and half-raw. Other than the food, I like living here. The people are great. The staff is great. I like the way they come to clean. They do the towels and the linens for us. I don't have any complaint about anything else. However, I am really upset about the food. I don't participate in activities but there 's a lot of people that do and they seem to love them.

I am totally happy here and would recommend Storypoint to anyone who ask me. I am more content here than I was at my condo. It has saved my life. The staff is always helpful and very wonderful. When I lost my husband and son, I didn't think I had a reason to live. The Storypoint has been the best thing that has ever happened to me. I would recommend it to anybody. It is a great place to be. The food is good, and the staff members are greatest. I'm so happy to be at Storypoint with people. These people are fantastic.

StoryPoint Grove City is fine and I'm very satisfied here. The staff members are fine, too. I have no complaints on anything. I only eat the evening meal and it is also fine. I don't have any complaint about that either. I'm a resident here for about a month now. The rooms are fine and I'm satisfied with it. If I need anybody, they would come. I also met a lot of new friends; however, I haven't done a lot of their activities yet. Cleanliness and maintenance are fine because they come right away.

Bickford of Bexley was very nice and clean. We looked at their assisted living level there, and the rooms were very spacious and comfortable. They had activities such as Bible study, an hour where people read the newspaper and discuss the news of the day, and listen to music. The staff who work there was very personable. Their dining area looked very clean. I saw a nice room full of equipment. The food appeared to be cooked properly, and when the residents were eating, it appeared to be appetizing. They also had a front porch or a front lobby area where the residents could converse.
