Ventura Place Independent Senior Living is conveniently located at 3026 54th St. Lubbock, TX. Our community is in a quiet residential area, but not far from businesses like Starbucks, Rosa��������s Caf����, and our local grocery store Market Street! We have studios, 1 bedroom, and 2 bedrooms! We also have 1 bedroom and 2-bedroom cottages that are equipped with in unit washer and dryers as well as full-sized kitchens! Each apartment is equipped with walk in showers, cable and Wi-Fi; all included in the price of your rent!�� Our rates are what we call all-inclusive! This means you pay 1 amount every month, there are no hidden fees or additional cost! Our rates included 3 meals per day prepared by our award-winning team, transportation to appointments and outings M-F, weekly housekeeping, concierge services, utilities and over 200 resident tailored activities a month to choose from. �� We also are home to Calvert Home Health and Hospice located inside our building to meet any additional day-to-day needs. I visited this facility
I've been to Ventura Place place before so I already had an idea, but it looked like a good community. They have a lot of activities for the residents, and it's good for the people that can still get around, though my dad is not one of those. The apartment I saw was pretty good, and according to the person showing me the place they have good food. The staff member who accommodated me during my tour was very friendly and answered all my questions.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident
My sister is a resident of Ventura Place. She loves it. They have entertainment that comes in a couple times a week, and they play games and so on. Some of the amenities are a beauty shop and barber shop, a little store, and church services on Sundays. They change the bed once a week, do light housekeeping, and serve three meals every day. If she needs to see her doctor, she can drive or they take her. The food is also wonderful there.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident
My sister is at Ventura Place, and it's really homey. It had wide hallways, handrails, the dining room was gorgeous, and the atrium let in light. She likes the fact that she had her own little patio, and covered parking. The staff was helpful, they provide amenities, and they serve 3 meals a day.
