Description of West View Nursing & Rehabilitation
West View is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center that has been providing quality health care services to Rhode Islanders since 1978.
Our team of health care professionals demonstrates this tradition of excellent rehab and nursing care each day, working to partner with each resident and their family to achieve maximum recovery and maximum satisfaction, all in a warm and caring setting.
Our commitment is to treat every resident with the respect and dignity that he or she deserves, and to involve them and their family in the development and implementation of their care plan in order to maximize positive results.
We provide private and semiprivate rooms all offering all the best amenities. We have living rooms and dining areas in each living unit, and a spacious main dining room on the ground floor. We also offer an attractive and secure courtyard, complete with perennial flower gardens and walking paths that provide a peaceful retreat for residents and families.
We are a Medicare skilled nursing facility that also accepts Medicaid as well as private payment and insurance.

I love West View. The staff are excellent and the therapist dpt. and nurses are very kind. If I had to return to West View I would. I was very happy with the care I received.

I Am A Friend Or Relative Of A Current/Past Resident
Experience has been great especially when you live out of state and are unfamiliar with the process, procedures and resources in state. Planning with the West View team helped the process, staff assisted with benefits my mother was eligible for and we felt very comfortable with staff and facility.

I\'ve always been happy at West View. The people are wonderful. Food was pretty good. The staff answer the lights relatively quickly. Room was nice.
