Another popular gathering space at Granville Villa is the community dining room, where home-cooked meals are always on the menu. Our talented culinary team works with fresh, locally sourced ingredients to create menu options that are nutritious and delicious. Family is always welcomed to visit for a meal, and we can offer use of a private dining room for special occasions.

Available Services

We have five different floor plans of the studio, one- and two-bedroom apartment homes which new residents may choose from. Each apartment is spacious and is designed to feel just like home with the added security of an emergency call system. But unlike a home, our residents don't have to handle the upkeep, since we handle housekeeping and laundry services.

What families will also find at our community are the supportive services that allow their loved ones to continue living an independent life. In collaboration with families and their loved ones, we create an Individual Service Plan that outlines the level of support and type of support that is needed, whether it is medication management or assistance with dressing.
