Wyndham Lakes was absolutely perfect. The salesperson was outstanding and answered every one of my questions and almost immediately. I emailed him, and within 10 seconds, he already answered. I could not be more pleased. It was everything I thought it would be and wanted. They had a dining room that's basically open 24/7 and a community room. You can come and go as you please in the kitchen. There's a very small refrigerator in your room.

I have a parent there... everyone seems very nice. I do hear my mom complain about the food. The facility is nice inside but really needs a facelift outside. There seems to be a huge water and flooding issue outside. Some fresh paint on benches and plants would make a big difference.

I'm in Wyndham Lakes. The staff seems to be hardworking and doing their jobs. They have a small garden and two courtyards, one in front of the building, and one at the back, and it seems to be adequate. We have been on restriction, and we're now easing back into the dining room and have started eating lunch there. They've been bringing our food every day: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It would be good to sit down with other people and eat now. My apartment is a bit small, but that's OK, it's not that bad. I rather like it. They would take us shopping once a week, we've had bingo more than once a week, and there are two nice libraries. Here, the bathroom is not very large.

I was accommodated well at Wyndham Lakes, they gave me all the information that I was looking for, and I liked it. It looked fine, there were some areas that smelled of urine, but the food area was fine. The staff did a great job, and was very informative. They seemed to offer a lot of different things, and game nights where individuals can get together.

Wyndham Lakes is nice. They have eight or nine separate large buildings, so it's like a school campus or a small mall. They have a lot of sidewalks and lakes. My mother wound up with a pond view. They have a lot of wildlife, ducks, turtles, and outdoor cats. She likes the food. The staff and services have been good. It was a rocky start getting her prescriptions started. She went through three or four days without her pain pills because we had to wait for a physician's assistant to look at her and re-prescribe the medications, but it wasn't the facility's fault. They have monthly and daily activities.

Wyndham Lakes is older, not as pleasant and fresh, but it seems to be adequate. The staff was very helpful. She answered all our questions and gave us a tour. She was very pleasant and very efficient. They have a pond with ducks and geese, which is pleasant to watch. People were sitting outside in the shade watching them. There seemed to be more vegetation around there.

Wyndham Lakes was OK, but they need to fix up the place a little bit or at least do some pressure washing. The place was drab looking. Other than that, everything else was fine. The room was very small, but that's understandable. When I was walking through to get to the office, it was seriously unattractive and that made me think that if they can't pressure wash, what else are they going to be cutting down on. The representative was great and very informative. There were plenty of good amenities.

My ex-husband gets good care at Wyndham Lakes. His room is clean and he's comfortable, but he said the food is not good. He does physical therapy. He doesn't participate in any activities. Before I put him in there, I've seen the physical therapy, the dining room, and the lounge part of it. It's a clean facility.

Wyndham Lakes offers anything a senior citizen can hope for. It was very clean and well-kept-up. You can tell that they have good lawn service and the food smells good. The staff seemed very caring and answered every question I had written down.

My father is a resident of Wyndham Lakes, and I really like the community. They have activities for the residents, game nights, and a different variety of things each month. The rooms are very clean, and the menu is wonderful. They have a theater room, barista, a beautiful dining hall, a hair salon, and a bunch of amenities for everything that you need. They also have a car service that would take you anywhere. The staff is very helpful and very sweet; if you need anything, all you need to do is ask.

My father has been in Wyndham Lakes for three weeks now. It's a combination of both assisted and independent living. Currently, the transition went very well. They are remodeling, so different areas are being remodeled and open. They're giving it a new facelift, which is great. Construction during that timeframe has not been difficult at all. We're pleased with the staff and they actually have a new chef starting this week, which I think will improve the cafeteria. He hasn't really taken part in any activities just yet, but they do have several options. They have a library, an exercise room, a movie theater, coffee bistro, and a country store. He has a 1-bedroom apartment with a screened-in patio.

We visited Wyndham Lakes. The community was OK, but we can't afford it. We saw the rooms and the dining room, which were nice enough. They had a garden outside. The staff was very nice and trying to help us the best that they could.

I did not like Wyndham Lakes. The facilities were older. Comparing it with other places, there was a big difference with the introduction and the interaction. If you know you're going to have somebody tour the place, they ought to have a room ready. Everything in the dining area was nice. It was actually better than the actual rooms, and the building itself. There were no activities though. It was around 10 a.m. or so and some of the residents were hanging out, but I didn't get to see any activities. They had a store, a dining area, a lobby where a lot of the residents were interacting with each other, and a little café for drinks and hot chocolate.

The apartments in Wyndham Lakes were studios, which were very nice and had screened patios. They have arts and crafts and gardening for the residents. The staff was nice. They serve three meals. I didn't have a meal there, but they served refreshments. The place seemed old and worn-out. They should have new carpeting and brighter windows because it seemed dark and dreary.

Wyndham Lakes seemed clean. The staff was very friendly. Some of the residents were very engaged and some were not, so it was a mix. They were mostly OK, but not too active. They were doing a garage sale and had a couple of activities going on, but not that many. The dining area looked fine, but we didn't try the food.

My mother moved into Wyndham Lakes. It's off to a little bumpy start because she needs assistance getting in and out of a sitting position or lying position, and I don't think the staff was aware that she's coming there. There were probably some communication gaps. So far it's okay, the staff is responsive to concerns and questions that I have to email them or talk to them personally. They have bingo, they have people come in, they have a baby grand piano so they play, they have a full schedule throughout the month so people don't just sit around in their rooms and do nothing.

We toured Wyndham Lakes, but we didn't like it. It's spread too far apart, and we didn't feel like our parents would get enough attention there. The rooms looked king of dingy, and everything looked outdated.
