Here at Rio Las Palmas, our primary focus is to provide our residents with the maximum amount of independence possible, while also ensuring a rich and vibrant life full of amenities and helpful services. Our community, conveniently located in Stockton, is specially designed to meet the individual needs of our residents.
Rio Las Palmas is managed by Five Star Senior Living. Five Star is a healthcare and senior living services provider that operates independent and assisted living communities, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation hospitals, institutional pharmacies and outpatient health rehabilitation clinics throughout 30 states.

To ensure that our residents stay in the best possible health, Rio Las Palmas offers a wealth of exercise and wellness programs. Eating well is also a key component of excellent health, which is why
we provide three delicious meals each day served restaurant-style in our community dining room. Healthy snacks are also available throughout the day to satisfy any cravings.
To allow our residents to fill their days with fun instead of work, we also offer weekly housekeeping and linen services. Guests can also easily travel throughout the area by taking advantage of our seven-day-a-week shuttle service. There is also a barber shop and beauty salon on the premises so that residents can always look their best without having to travel off-site.
Available Services
Our professional staff members are on site 24 hours a day and are always available to assist residents. Among the services we provide are assistance with personal hygiene bathing, medication coordination, me and continence management. Residents also have access to superb nursing care 24 hours a day.

I visited this facility
Rio Las Palmas was probably the best place we went to. The place was really spacious and clean. The staff was good, and they looked like they ran a pretty tight ship. Everything in there was beautiful. The first thing you see is a really grand entrance area with a really big sitting area in the entrance way and a lot of people congregate there. There's a piano, food and water, and a fountain. It's just a really pleasant area as soon as you walk in. The rooms were spacious enough for wheelchair access. They also had probably the most to offer as far as things to do seven days a week, five times a day. They have something to do for everyone. The best part of it was they listened to the residents because a few of them requested for a music room, and they were in the middle of converting a room that they don't use into a music room for them. They go above and beyond. The kitchen area was nice and they have a huge outdoor area which has got to be half an acre. It's all updated and very nice. I would live there.

I visited this facility
I really liked Rio Las Palmas. I thought that it was a really good value for the money. I looked at a junior studio and a 1-bedroom unit, and I thought that the 1-bedroom was quite spacious. The dining room was very nice, and the lobby was very nice, too. The person that assisted me was able to introduce me to some of the other staff, and she was very accommodating and very friendly.

I visited this facility
Rio Las Palmas seemed very nice and clean. From all that I could see, it looked like a very nice place. The staff members all seemed very nice. They were very welcoming and very informative. It was a good visit. There were activities posted. They were preparing and decorating for a seniors dance the day that I was there.
