Bethel Park was very good and very welcoming and the staff was great. It's very clean and very organized. They had a full schedule of activities every month. They do a lot of movie nights, they go out to the malls, and they have exercises. It was a great environment. I loved that the rooms are what they need exactly. They don't have more or less. They did everything for them, and they clean once a week. It's like living in their own house. The family has 24-hour access to them. It's a really great community.

My aunt loves Bethel Park. We have nothing but positive things to say right now. They have an exercise class every day, movies, crafts, various clubs, and outings to different places. They provide three meals a day, housekeeping, there's a hair salon on-site that is extra, and a maintenance person. She's in a studio and it's small, but she has a balcony. The staff is very helpful. The outdoor living space was the biggest reason that she chose that property. The dining room is very well appointed. They will also deliver her meals to her room if she's not feeling well. She said the food is good. It's a very clean facility.

My parents love Bethel Park. It's very nice and going great. It's a lovely place. Everybody there is very kind. They're very concerned and the other residents are extremely friendly. They enjoy the meals and have all kinds of activities. The place is jumping. They're fairly expensive, but it's worth it.

My uncle is living in Bethel Park. It's a well-maintained, comfortable, and friendly community. He is only in the independent living facility, but they go up the entire scale of assisted living and nursing. It progresses as the residents needs require. The food is good. They serve three meals a day.

Bethel Park's people were very nice and pleasant. The rooms were also very nice. It was really good and the staff was wonderful and nice. The dining area, while it was very nice and clean, needs more personal little dividers so you're not just sitting in a big dining room. Making it a little bit more like a restaurant will probably make it a little cozier. They serve three meals a day.

We really didn't do too much at Bethel Park. We looked around but we didn't stay very long. It was very nice and very clean. The staff members were very nice and very helpful, but weren't as accommodating. The place was beautiful, very nice, very well kept, and very clean.

They were very nice people at Bethel Park. However, they recently had a flood. They were under some renovations and not very clean. The rooms were adequate; they were typical of others we had seen. The staff members were very friendly, most accommodating and cooperative. We saw the library, an area where they had comfortable seating to show movies on TV, the dining hall, the outdoor walkway, and the laundry rooms.

Bethel Park has quite a bit of activity and it looks like they have pretty good social things, like they take them out on shopping trips. We liked the place. The rooms were nice and clean. They have a very small library and it didn't seem to be quite as extravagant as some of the other places.

My husband and I got there at Bethel Park on a Saturday morning, and I've realized people are very sensitive about COVID. We had our masks on and we had an appointment and we were expected. When we got there, we came through the door through the lobby. A gentleman came towards us and said, "You have to back up and go back through, you cannot come in here." He pointed to a wall and he said, "You have to complete the survey just online before you can even come in here." We were treated like we were intruders. It was kind of rude, and there's a better way to handle that. We also didn't care for it because they don't have 24-hour services. The staff leaves at 7:30 in the evening, so overnight there's nobody there. While it's independent living, the whole reason for us is to make sure that he's safe all the time. It was important for us to find a place where there's a concierge or even security there during the night/overnight, and there's nobody there. That was a major drawback for us. The facility itself was a little bit older and it smelled kind of musty. Everything about it felt older and tired. They had apartment type homes, no stove or dishwasher, just a little kitchenette with just a fridge and a microwave, a little sink, a few cabinets, kitchen and living room together, the bedroom, and then the bathroom.

Bethel Park was terrible. The rooms were very small. The facility was bordering on shabby. They had an interim director there who obviously didn't know much about what was going on. Every time I asked him a question, he had to look it up. The nicest thing about that place was the receptionist who gave me directions. I would not recommend them. I thought they were expensive for what they were offering. They were the first place that I saw, and I thought to myself that if this is the size of the room that I'm going to get, I'm not going to be happy. They had by far the smallest and the dingiest apartment.
