Surprise Memory Care is a specialized Memory Care community managed by Avenir Senior Housing LLLP. We provide a home away from home for people with progressive memory loss—although our community offers more than a place to stay. We offer long-term residents and short-term respite care guests the respect, dignity, and quality of life loved ones want for them.

Our community offers studio apartments and one bedroom apartments that has its own bathroom and individual climate control. The room is well lighted that comes from natural light, with modern furnishings and residents can personalize it for a warm and home like atmosphere.

Residents enjoys sitting in the afternoon sun on our lovely patio that is surrounded by green plants. We have a game room where residents play chess, bingo and other card games. Residents eat together on our stunning dining area.

Available Services

Here at Surprise Memory Care we personalized each care packages to ensure we provide the right care and assistance to our residents and your loved ones. Each are unique, carefully planned and executed by our trained staff. We have an on-site nurse available 24 hours a day to provide round the clock care.

Residents have access to mobile laboratory services and therapy on our facility. We have created activities to stimulate the minds of our residents and keep them active. Our goal is to keep them happy and independent as much as they can.
