Neighborcare at Chapel Hill have kept their commitment; they keep their promises. They are very systematic in making sure that the necessities are met. I would give them a five out of five because they were immediately direct in what their philosophy was and their promise, because I am 62 and I was raised in the hero generation that promotes brotherhood. Regardless of what particular family you're in, you're still a brother treated as a brother, even when you speak to a stranger. My apartment is very, very well kept. The area here is enough to fulfill anyone's needs because the one thing you would have to have would be your entertainment, a bed, and a chair; everything else is available for you. You have a kitchen, you have a dining room, you have a bathroom, you have storage units in here, and you have a lot of people here that use the brotherhood clarifications when they communicate. The staff I would give a five because I've had previous engagement with different locations and they didn't have a problem processing my information. The other locations were computerized and they had hesitations. They offered me some food for lunch and breakfast. Like I said, they have been respectful to the request that I made.

The rooms are excellent. I fell in love with both the studio and 1-bedroom because it had major closet and storage space. They have television sitting rooms and a dining hall. It's a very nice and clean facility. The girl who showed me around was more than helpful. I loved the facility, the building, and the way it was laid out. It was pretty subdued as far as access to traffic.

My mom and I went to Neighborcare for a little brunch thing they had. They just took us to another room and we looked at the photos there. It looked pretty decent and decently priced. I liked that they include all the utilities in the monthly payment. The staff was very, very nice. We didn't really look around the actual property so I don't really know, but the building was very well maintained. They did tell us some of the amenities and stuff that they have. They told us they have a swimming pool, they have a ballroom, a wash room, and a laundry facility. Can't really think off the top of my head, but yes, they told us they have a swimming pool.
