Settled in the quiet town of Rock Springs, Deer Trail Assisted Living offers Wyoming seniors who can no longer live independently a home where assistance is available when needed. Our community is nestled in a residential area on the edge of town, near U.S. Highway 30 and healthcare services at Memorial Hospital of Sweetwater County of Sweetwater County.
Featured Amenities
Our residents are happy to find a choice of private studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments. Each maintenance-free apartment comes with a kitchenette, private bathroom and individual climate control with air conditioning.
Deer Trail Assisted Living prepares three healthy meals each day, with snacks and beverages available whenever residents desire. Our Life Enrichment Director prepares a full schedule of events, including fitness routines, fun games and shopping trips intended to engage both the body and the mind.
Available Services
Our helpful staff handles the basics such as maintenance, housekeeping services and we can even take care of the laundry and linens. Utilities, with the exception of cable and telephone service, are also included in your monthly rates. Scheduled transportation is available to get you to doctor’s appointments or even local shopping trips throughout the week.
At Deer Trail Assisted Living, we are focused on providing wellness solutions to our residents so they can thrive and live a full life throughout their retirement. We craft a care plan for each resident, and our caregivers are there to assist with activities of daily living such as mobility, grooming, bathing, and medication management. With 24-hour awake staff and an emergency response system we will be there to respond to any resident needs or concerns.

The rooms and layout of the facility are nice and spacious. They are a bit dated and the closet doors and bathroom doors are antiquated and inappropriate for geriatric facility. The maintenance lacks entirely and major facility structures are not always operational. The food is basic Sysco. If you like fast food, it's great. The care is mediocre. Activities are outstanding, nursing is not led correctly or overseen by a qualified individual and this leads to documenting errors. The CNA's are nice, but underpaid and under experienced.
