The mission of Wellington Homes of Wisconsin LLC, is to serve elderly and disabled individuals by providing quality housing, health care and other services to enhance the lives of those we serve. Our community takes pride on our rich amenities. We have a spacious living room with an elegant fireplace where residents can share memories and have a glass of iced tea. Our peaceful garden is where residents can walk and exercise. We also have a beauty salon that offers full services.

We are a 28-bed CBRF facility that offers an array of floor plans that suites residents taste and needs. We have studio apartments and companion suites complete with own bathroom, kitchenette, spacious closets and emergency call systems.

Available Services

Our residents have access to 24 hour care and services from our caring staff and registered nurses. We also constantly communicate with the family physician for updates any changes in resident's needs. We help residents with their medication management, daily activities and mobility.

We also have a lot of social and recreational activities that are stimulating, engaging and keep residents active. If residents have a doctor's appointment of wants to go shopping we have transportation services. We also provide help in housekeeping, laundry and maintenance.
