The Reserve at Greenwood Hills is located in Wausau, Wisconsin, between the Greenwood Hills Country Club and Hawthorn Trail. Between the numerous nearby parks and the Wisconsin River, seniors have a myriad of options to appreciate the outdoors. Cultural attractions such as the Leigh Yawkey Woodson Art Museum are minutes away in the East Hill neighborhood.
The Reserve at Greenwood Hills is a luxury independent living community. The community retains a licensed on-staff physical trainer who conducts low impact senior-friendly exercise classes. The community also offers educational seminars to help residents stay cognitively stimulated.
Residents receive a membership to the Greenwood Hills Country Club, which provides unlimited access to the club's restaurant, driving range, pool and fitness center. On-site, residents have access to a movie theater, library, craft room and complimentary climate-controlled storage.
