At our community, we provide all the services offered at a large-scale setting, yet we also offer an intimacy that can't be matched. We understand that it is difficult for seniors to leave their beloved homes, which is why we strive to make our community feel just like home through homespun décor and intergenerational activities.

Prairie Gardens is a family-owned and operated senior living community. Our community opened in 2000, and four years later, we expanded to accommodate new residents who wanted to join. We pride ourselves on being the preferred choice for seniors who are in need of supportive services to remain independent.

When your loved one joins Prairie Gardens, they will not lack for activities to do because we have a full activity calendar. Church services are regularly offered, along with sing-alongs around our piano. For every holiday, there is a community-wide celebration that fills our community with family and friends. And for those times when our residents want a moment to relax in quiet, there is our landscaped courtyard or inviting library.

Prairie Gardens has 48 units and 11 floor plans to choose from, which means your loved one will easily find an apartment that feels like home. Our one-bedroom suites have kitchenettes, and our studios feel quite spacious. All suites include private bathrooms, radiant heat, and wall-to-wall carpeting. 

Available Services

Every day our dining room is filled with the delicious smells of home-cooked meals served family-style, and healthy snacks are provided between meals. Additional helpful services we also provide are scheduled transportation for errands and medical appointments, weekly housekeeping and personal laundry service.

When your loved one joins our community, we will tailor an individualized support plan that details the level of care he/she requires. This could include assistance with activities of daily living or medication administration. Our staff is on site 24 hours a day to lend a hand whenever it's needed, and a registered nurse is on site.
