Housed in the former Mercy Medical Center in an enviable location across from Menomonee Park, the twin communities of Bella Vista Independent and Assisted Living and Bella Vista Manor provide a range of high-quality residential amenities and services to Oshkosh seniors. I visited this facility
Bella Vista was a very nice facility. It's just not the right facility for my dad because he's in a wheelchair and the units that they had available were on the second floor quite a distance from the dining area. It would have been a little hard for him to be able to make that work, and they don't take Medicaid or Medicare. I saw a one-bedroom with a kitchen and it was very nice. They had quite a few amenities. The staff was super. What we saw was excellent. It was a very good visit.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident
My dad only stayed at Bella Vista for five days. It's a very nice facility and I'd recommend it. It was a good facility. The people are very friendly, the accommodations are very nice, and all amenities are very good.

We chose Bella Vista because they offered a decent price for the level of care that my mother needed. It wasn't too outrageous. It seems like a nice place and she's happy there. The rooms are nice. The CNAs, the nurses, and everyone working there all seem very attentive and very nice. They have activities, she just doesn't participate in any. She is on the CBRF floor. They have a salon and a chapel.
