Heritage at Deer Creek features a full range of amenities and services for seniors to take advantage of. Licensed by the state of Wisconsin, we provide assisted living and memory care in New Berlin. We create opportunities for new friendships and memories to be forged daily, with our staff bringing years of experience and dedication to the care and wellness of our residents.
Heritage Senior Living was born out of Milo Pinkerton’s passion for development and desire to create high quality assisted living and memory care as a result of his parents need for additional care as they aged. Each of our communities has been thoughtfully designed in a timeless craftsman style to create a warm and inviting home-like atmosphere.

Stylish, yet homelike common areas offer plentiful seating. Enjoy an evening with friends in our pub, or have discussions over a game of cards, the choice is yours. Our community offers a variety of comfortable floor plans including private and semi-private apartments with abundant natural lighting, a private bathroom and individual climate control.
Heritage at Deer Creek features freshly-prepared nutritious meals every day in our restaurant-style dining room. We also offer numerous social activities, events and outings for residents to partake in should they choose.
Available Services
Regular housekeeping and laundry services mean that our residents have more time to focus on what they want to do. At Heritage at Deer Creek our individualized evaluation program helps to match each resident with services and activities that fit their personalities and needs. And 24-hours a day, our caring staff are there to help with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing or medication administration.
Our memory care program focuses on individual attention, where we design each aspect of our care and activities to each resident’s need. Each staff member is specially trained to serve and care for residents suffering from memory loss conditions such as those associated with Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia.

I visited this facility
Heritage at Deer Creek is really nice and clean. It didn't smell and everything looked sparkling and new. The staff is really good. The rooms were big and they had kitchenettes. They offer extra services if you need them. It's a continuum of care until end of life which was great. They had lots of areas to sit which was really nice if you needed it so you don't have to sit all in one room which was really cool. They had several little libraries, fireplaces everywhere and a sun room.

I visited this facility
Heritage at Deer Creek is fantastic. My parents would love to be there; however, they did not have a big enough unit available. Nevertheless, everything is very high quality and classy. I was very impressed. It seems to be a very homey kind of place. The people are very caring; they like being there. The staff is excellent. They interacted with the people and with us. We were impressed by the staff. They have good amenities available. They have a spa and a hair salon. A therapist is there if they need it, and podiatrist and doctors come on site. They have arts and crafts, games, cards, and exercise.
