Monomonee Place is a senior living community situated in Menomonee Falls, a peaceful town filled with an abundance of parks and recreational areas. Our staff is passionate about ensuring that a resident's dignity is respected, and we strive to help our residents achieve physical independence while maintaining their health.

Menomonee Place is just one of the many properties managed by Enlivant. An operator of more than 200 senior living residences, the goal of Enlivant is to enhance seniors' lives by providing them with a homelike setting that encourages independence.

We understand that the transition from home-based to senior community living is challenging, which is why we offer a variety of accommodation options. Our apartments range from studios to two bedrooms, with deluxe and premium upgrades available.
Residents are also given the option of living alone or taking up a companionship arrangement.

Our community has several lounges where residents can gather to socialize, a computer area to check the latest email from a grandchild and even an on-site beauty salon to save a trip into town. Residents can dine with friends in the community dining room where delicious, nutritious meals are served restaurant-style. Meal plans can be customized; residents may choose one meal a day or two and three meals a day if they don't like cooking.

Available Services

Residents enjoy their days without the hassle of taking care of laundry, housekeeping, trash removal and maintenance, as those responsibilities are taken care of by our staff and included in the monthly fee. To promote overall wellness, we offer many meaningful pursuits and exercise activities throughout the day so residents can stay active and engaged.

All of our residents are unique, which is why we tailor our services to meet each resident's physical needs. Residents receive assistance with day-to-day activities, along with medication assistance. Should an emergency arise, staff is on-site twenty-four hours a day, and every apartment has an emergency call system. Residents may also request use of a personal safety pendant.

At Menomonee Place, we aim to establish a sense of independence in all of our residents and to make them feel at home.
