CLE - Layton Court is located in Greenfield, WI, less than 15 miles from General Mitchell International Airport and the shores of Lake Michigan. Seniors are minutes away from hospitals, parks and restaurants, and Milwaukee's wide array of entertainment and cultural destinations are a short drive away.

CLE - Layton Court is a community-based residential facility. Licensed nurses monitor residents' health, oversee their medication schedules and ensure care plans adequately support their needs. Housekeeping, laundry and linen services are provided, as well as assistance with activities of daily living, such as eating, bathing and dressing.

At CLE - Layton Court meals are cooked from scratch on site, enabling the culinary team to accommodate special diets, such as diabetic and low cholesterol. The event calendar encourages residents to socialize and participate in a diverse range of activities, including art programs, discussion groups and spiritual gatherings. Indoor common areas provide residents with a comfortable place to relax, and the on-site salon makes attending hair appointments convenient.
