I have had my parents there for just under a year. I have a camera inside to see first hand what care we get. Sadly after many complaints the care remains poor at best. The caregivers are nice but time spent with parents during a 5 day review last week was 6 minutes 34 secs a day. Every day but one they did not accomplish items require by the service agreement. Which is a contract to provide services. They cost me $500 per hour for this lack of care based on what I pay and how much time they provide. I am forced to hire private caregivers to provide the care they need. DON'T use BONAVENTURE! You won't get your moneys worth. It's a corporate issue to only have minimal number of staff. So caution at all facilities. That said, staff are great, just to few of them and they don't have time to provide proper care.

My loved one has gone 4 weeks without getting her room cleaned. She is paying the highest level of care and they are only showing up in her room about :45 minutes a day. She is now having to leave to find a facility who will provide the care she is paying for. Sad!!!!
After visiting with a family member and hearing (more than one) story regarding the paid for, yet not received benefits of staying in an assisted living home, I feel compelled to write a review for this facility on behalf of the people that live there, many of them who cannot speak for themselves. First, I notice this facility seems to have a very hard time keeping housekeeping staff. They are overworked and spread very thin. We recently found out that my family has gone weeks without housekeeping services, which they pay for, handsomely in their rent. This additional housekeeping cost is not a small amount. When confronted with the "oversight" management sent someone from maintenance to clean the rooms. You can only imagine how that turned out. It appears as though the staff is friendly (including the maintenance person) and well liked, however they are understaffed. The real problem seems to be in management and their unwillingness to actually provide the staff that can produce the service the residents pay for. I'm placing this review on behalf of my family members that are staying here. When choosing a home that provides services for loved ones unable to care for themselves, it goes without saying you hold the management of these facilities to a much higher standard than you would for a normal housing complex. Bonaventure management does not meet these high expectations, in fact they are disappointing
My overall impression of Bonaventure of Salmon Creek was good. It looked like the staff seemed attentive and good. Overall, I was pleased with it. The dining area looked nice. They had a library, an activity room, a bus, a card room where they play cards, and a nice cafe with a social room for people.
We really enjoyed our visit at Bonaventure of Salmon Creek. The staff was great, did a great tour, and offered everything that we were looking for. We got to visit with some residents and hear from the residents themselves about the facility. It was a really nice place.
Bonaventure of Salmon Creek seemed nice, clean, and new. They had a bedroom with a kitchen area and a bathroom, but it did not have a balcony. I thought the staff was friendly.
