Charlton Place is a senior assisted living community located in beautiful Tacoma, Washington. Charlton Place has a wonderful, friendly atmosphere. Residents and their families especially enjoy the tranquility and privacy of our large backyard that overlooks Charlton Lake. We offer the perfect combination of services and amenities that blend the care seniors need with the convenience they value and the independence they cherish.

Three delicious chef-prepared meals are served every day in our gracious dining room. Activities are an integral part of life at Charlton Place. Residents enjoy an array of socials, classes, and special interest groups to rejuvenate body, mind, and spirit. Other amenities include weekly housekeeping and linen service, scheduled transportation to activities and appointments, and general maintenance and repairs to apartments. Daily care is provided by a team of dedicated caregivers who offer all the personalized care and support residents need. Charlton Place is also staffed by a licensed nurse. These services are provided in one customized Service Care Plan, all for one affordable monthly fee.
