Our deluxe apartment homes come in a selection of five floor plans with studio, one- and two-bedroom options available. All homes feature private bathrooms, ample storage and living space, and convenient kitchenettes. Utilities are included in the monthly rent.

On-site amenities at Stafford Suites at Sumner include a convenience store, espresso stand, fireside library and beauty salon, not to mention an outdoor patio with gazebo and beautifully landscaped serenity garden. We are also located just across the street from the local senior center.

Available Services

Working with your personal physician, our full-time Wellness Director will come up with a personalized care plan tailored to your individual needs. Trained caregivers are available to provide assistance with medication, bathing, dressing, diabetes care and mobility. The beauty of our CarePlus program is that you only pay for the services you want and need.

For your comfort and convenience, we provide complimentary transportation on our 15-passenger bus, daily meal service in our restaurant-style dining room, weekly housekeeping and linen changing. For an additional fee, we can also wash, dry and fold your personal clothing and put it away.
