A heated swimming pool and spa, a pub and workshop - not many people can say their current home has these features, but at Affinity at Olympia, all our residents can make this claim. There is also your own personal gym right on site in the fitness center that also includes a yoga studio. You won't have to give up gardening, as there is a community garden with a pea patch just waiting for your name.

Spacious apartments are available in three sizes - studio, one- and two-bedroom layouts - and all the comforts of home are included. A washer and dryer is standard, along with a well-equipped kitchen and spacious bathroom. Parking is included for free but you can also choose a private garage for a minimal monthly fee.

Available Services

Newcomers to Affinity at Olympia will quickly feel at home and make new friends, thanks to the many social events planned by our full-time activity director. Our community also has gathering spaces where you can easily host family gatherings or celebrations. The movie theater is the perfect place for movie parties, and summer BBQs can be held in the lovely gazebo.

Other features of our community include being smoke free and pet friendly. Included in the affordable monthly rent are all the utilities (electricity, water, cable TV and WiFi Internet). Our community also has controlled access entry for added security.
