Welcome to Westgate Terrace Senior Apartments! Welcome to Westgate Terrace in Longview, Washington! We offer affordable housing for seniors 62 years and older, as well as disabled residents looking for a peaceful place to call home! Westgate Terrace has a sister community, Parkland Terrace, and is also within walking distance to many neighborhood amenities like Fred Meyer, Starbucks, and a multitude of restaurants. Enjoy the convenience of an onsite laundry facility on each floor and a community room with a large flat screen television and pool table for social gatherings. We create a sense of community at Westgate Terrace by planning resident activities year-round, including potlucks and game nights! Income restrictions apply; please call us to schedule a tour!
