Lakewood Meadows is owned and operated by the Senior Housing Assistance Group (SHAG), a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating quality, affordable rental housing for seniors. SHAG has been serving mature adults across the Puget Sound region from Bellingham to Olympia since 1988.

Featured Amenities

Our thoughtfully designed apartment homes come in a selection of one- and two-bedroom floor plans ranging from 529 to 651 square feet in size. Each home features ample storage space, carpeting and a full-size kitchen. Select apartments also come with private patios.

As a pet-friendly community, we welcome cats and small dogs under 25 lbs. Animals are a regular feature at Lakewood Meadows with residents often seen walking their furry friends or taking them out for some play time around our beautifully landscaped grounds.

Available Services

Our professional management team is fully integrated into life at our community as they live right on site, enjoying life side-by-side with our residents. Managers are always available to address concerns, take ideas for new clubs or social activities, and ensure that seniors have everything they need to fully enjoy retirement living.

As a SHAG community, we are dedicated exclusively to serving low-income seniors. To become a resident at Lakewood Meadows, applicants must be age 62 or older. Annual household income may not exceed $30,120 for one person or $34,440 for two people. Income is verified annually. No asset "spend down" is required, but income from assets is taken into account in determining total annual income.
