Quietly nestled near Lake Meridian near Covington, Radcliffe Place offers affordable retirement living to seniors in Kent's south end. Our luxurious apartment setting provides the perfect backdrop for the many premium amenities and services we offer, and our central location is just minutes from restaurants, shopping and Kent Station.
Featured Amenities
We offer a service package that includes housekeeping, breakfast and dinner service, linen service, daily activities, and scheduled transportation to shopping and medical appointments. A concierge is also on site daily to provide assistance.
Our deluxe apartment homes are available in one- and two-bedroom floor plans that feature fully equipped kitchens, ample closet space and an emergency call system. We also have a selection of handicap-accessible units. All apartments are pet-friendly.

To become a resident at Radcliffe Place, applicants must be age 62 or older, with most of our community well into their healthy 80s and 90s. Annual household income may not exceed $36,420 for one person or $41,640 for two people. Income is verified annually. No asset "spend down" is required, but income from assets is taken into account in determining total annual income.

I visited this facility
Radcliffe Place was nice, as was the staff. They showed me the apartment and everything and I filled out a paperwork. Afterwards, I didn't get the apartment because I had some credit issues, so they denied me the apartment. I've given a deposit of $500 and somehow I haven't gotten it back yet and I'm still waiting on it. They sent the check to the wrong address. I was disappointed because I had specifically told them not to mail it. I was living with someone and they sent it to that address, and evidently the mailman didn't leave the check, so it got returned (or got lost or something) and they haven't found it yet. It's been over a month and finally, I got to talk to the right person who told me to give him a call again if I don't receive it. That was disappointing because I got them everything they wanted right away and I felt that I should've been reimbursed right away for my loss. The apartment was real clean, nice, and looked real cozy. I was really looking forward to being there, but it just didn't work out for me. I didn't get the chance to eat any food, but I got to visit the kitchen area, and everything looked nice.
