Located in the backdrop of Mount Rainier in Kent, WA, Cadence at Kent-Meridian is senior living at its finest, offering exceptional Independent Living and Assisted Living services. Nestled among the natural wonders of Washington’s landscape, our community seeks to enhance your lifestyle by providing a wide variety of new experiences that move you. Whether you’re looking to participate in the community activities or explore what Kent has to offer, there’s never a shortage of things to do.

Each apartment includes full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, full size washer and dryer, large patio or balcony, and generous closet space. Incudes with monthly rent would be water, electric, basic cable and WiFI, weekly housekeeping and linen service.

3 meals daily prepared by our chef, as well as a fully stocked bistro available 24 hours a day for light snacks. Transportation to shopping, doctors, etc in our community van.

The community boasts a full work out room, theatre, art studio and several outdoor spaces with seating, outdoor fireplaces and barbeque grills.
