Description of Bellewood

Bellewood Independent Living is located in a scenic neighborhood of Issaquah, a short distance from Lake Sammamish, Duthie Hill Mountain Bike Park and Lake Sammamish State Park. There are plenty of things to do and attractions to explore nearby for residents and visiting friends and family, including the Cougar Mountain Zoo. Bellewood is located on a 4-acre parcel packed with many senior-friendly amenities and activities designed to ensure residents' physical and mental wellness.

Apartment homes are provided and feature a balcony or patio. There are plenty of opportunities for interacting with fellow residents and the staff, including restaurant-style dining, live entertainment, games, fitness classes and excursions. Seniors can bring their pets for extra companionship. Amenities include on-site management, 24-hour staffing, housekeeping and maintenance services, on-site salon and spa, concierge services and emergency response systems in all homes. Transportation services to shops, banks, churches and medical appointments are also scheduled.

Fee Structure: $1500 Community Move-In Fee

Special Comment: One of the first things you’ll notice about Bellewood is the setting: five manicured acres that are pure Northwest. We’re deeply rooted here as well: Bellewood has been under the same family ownership since 1987. Our veteran team’s average time with us is 15 years, and some of our residents have lived in our senior housing community for decades.
