Providing a friendly place to call home, Covington Place Senior Apartments is an active retirement community for seniors in the greater Seattle-Tacoma area. We are centrally located near the amenities and services of several growing communities including Kent, Black Diamond, Auburn and Maple Valley, with easy access to Highway 18.

Covington Place is a Village Concepts Retirement Community. For more than 40 years, the family-owned and operated Village Concepts has been providing personalized retirement living to seniors throughout the Puget Sound and Central Washington.

Our senior apartments come in a selection of four floor plans with one- and two-bedroom layouts to suit your lifestyle. Homes are equipped with full baths, wall-to-wall carpeting, well-equipped kitchens and include all utilities as well as discounted phone and cable service.
