Located in Stafford Virginia, Marian Manor is a 39 bed assisted living community that provides special services and comforts of a home. Nestled in a 12 acre property, our community has a country setting and gives a quiet and serene atmosphere. Surrounded by the beauty of nature, residents have unlimited access to fresh air.

Marian Manor is different from other assisted living facilities due to our "home-like" environment. We are small enough to know every resident on a personal level; their likes, dislikes and needs, yet large enough to provide personalized care.

Our community offers different floor plans that are senior friendly and comfortable. We have semi-private, private and companion suites that has its own bathroom, fully furnished and equipped with state of the art call bell system to make sure residents can get the help they need anytime.

Residents walk and exercise on our lovely garden that has a scenic view of the outdoors. We have a gazebo where residents hang out and share stories with other residents. Pamper yourself on our onsite beauty and barbershop that provides different services like haircut and manicures.

Available Services

In our community we encourage our residents to be independent as much as possible but if they need help in daily activities, grooming and medication management our staff provides assistance without hesitation. Residents are assessed prior to admission for us to create a personalized care plan, unique for each residents.

Here at Marian Manor residents lives worry free. We take care of the housekeeping, laundry services, and maintenance. Residents are served 3 meals and 3 snacks that can cater to your special dietary needs. To keep you and residents occupied we have structured activities that are beneficial and engaging.
