The Waterford on Huebner was a very, very nice facility. I think my friends said that it's a smaller facility, more of a close knit group, so it was more closely monitored. If someone did not show up for lunch they were gonna check on them. It was just the rooms were very small. They didn't offer the kitchenette that my client was wanting for her mother, but the people were nice, and the whole area was just gorgeous, beautiful, and very clean. I only saw the great room where everyone was hanging out for games and so forth. They offered us snacks and water, so it was nice.

The Waterford on Huebner had a fantastic coordinator who showed us a nice two-bedroom apartment with a kitchen, a bath, and nice balcony area. It is ideal in case family comes to visit or if we get an assisted living person to take care of my mother because they would have a place to live. They have a TV room, a crafts room, a library, and exercise room, and a conference room for bingo nights and talks to educate the people. The lunchroom was very nice, very open, a lot of people were eating, and the food looked and smelled delicious. They have a very nice staff. It's a very nice facility, a lot newer than others, clean, and there was no smell.

Waterford on Huebner is independent living, but they have a separate organization within it called All Care which provides any additional needs that a senior might have. We chose this place mainly because of the price, and because the place is very nice. They also provide food for the residents, but it's like cafeteria food.

We chose The Waterford on Huebner, and my parents loved it. The place was great and was not on a busy street. It was light and airy. All the people I dealt with were extremely friendly and personable. They don’t have a pool, but they do have different activities, like games and outings.

My visit to The Waterford was wonderful. The place was nice, comfortable looking, and certainly large enough. They have one-bedrooms, two-bedrooms, and a studio-type that all have a kitchen with a small table, microwave, refrigerator, and stove. The people there were nice and friendly. When I walked in, they had my name on a board, which I thought was a very nice, special touch. I was treated to lunch, and the food was fantastic. You could definitely tell it wasn’t from out of a can. However, they were a little steep for my budget.

I like The Waterford on Huebner. The meals are fairly good and service is very good. It is an independent living place but you can use other care services if you want to. They provide the housekeeping, and we have laundry facilities here. I just think they need to improve their attention for people in wheelchairs.

The Waterford on Huebner was independent living, so they did not have the staff I needed during the night nor physical therapy or occupational therapy. Also it was way too expensive. The place was nice and clean. The staff and the layout were good. However, there's only one elevator to get up or down to different floors and that's hard for me because I'm in a wheelchair. The halls were a little narrow for me, so for people in wheelchairs, it's hard. The dining area was nice, though. They offered a lot of different choices and room service, so they could bring up the food for you.

We ate lunch at Waterford on Huebner, and the food was very good. The rooms were fine and don’t have kitchens, which for us is a plus because we don’t have to have a kitchen. The staff was very friendly. I would surely recommend this place, especially for someone who has a budget.

The Waterford was a very modern, new, very clean, and very nice facility. I talked to some of the people there who were very friendly. I tried the food and was impressed with the quality. I was not happy with the location for myself, but it was a very nice community. The staff was very nice. The rooms were very modern and very nice. I liked them. I would recommend them.

The Waterford on Huebner only has one level, which is independent living, so it's self-contained. I moved in here because I've been displaced by Hurricane Harvey and had no place else to go. I walked in here with a dress on my back and a puppy in my arms, and that's it. I had to furnish the rest. There are some nice staff members and some very sniffy ones. When I came, my room was a big empty square room with a small kitchenette, very small refrigerator, and microwave. My bed and mattress were on the floor and I borrowed a TV from somebody, that's it. It's located in a lively section of town, and there's a drugstore right across the way. The food is edible, but nothing to write home about. They keep the whole place very clean, and they also have a lot of activities for the residents. The pricing is good and it was one of the few places I could find that would accept me and my dog.

I did not like The Waterford on Huebner. It's OK, but I would not stay there. Their rooms had very small kitchens with a dorm-sized refrigerator. The person who assisted me was fine. She explained the reason for the small kitchens and said they provide three meals a day in their dining room, but I don't eat three meals a day. The dining area was attractive, and the tables were well set. They had games, an exercise area, and a library.
