I Am A Friend Or Relative Of A Current/Past Resident
I was very impressed with the facility 6 months ago when I placed my mother in this facility. About a month later the director quit and things went down hill very fast. Issues included not giving all medications, not reading doctor changes to medications, or not giving them on schedule, not checking allowed foods list and giving her things to eat that made her sick, the food quality and portions became so bad she doesn't want to eat them or they don't fill her up, the staff were quitting right and left with new staffing taking too long to be hired, resulting in not enough staff to take care of the patients they had. They stopped checking on residents like they are supposed to, making sure they came to meals or even got water to drink. The latest issue is some staff keep cutting the heater off in my moms room, leaving her without heat on these cold days. Needless to say I would not recommend this facility, I do not trust them to take care of her any more, and by the way it is now under new management as of last month. I can't wait to move my mom out of here very soon.
