Brookdale Castle Hills was gorgeous and I loved it. It's very clean, the nursing staff is very caring with their patients in the memory care unit and it was small. Of all the ones I've seen, it has been my favorite. The way the rooms were built, it's not one long hallway. There were two short hallways with the dining room in the center. Their activities were done in the center of the building. It was very nice and I was very impressed with it. They had different activities for the residents. They have a library and activity rooms. The place is very well lit, clean and well-maintained.

Brookdale Castle Hills was my favorite, and it was awesome. I was very impressed with the cleanliness. The staff was very informative, knowledgeable, and friendly. I wouldn't have a problem putting my mother there. The dining area looked nice and clean, and the food looked appetizing. They have a tour bus that takes the residents around, and I liked that. They also have some kind of a crafting party for the ladies.

Brookdale Castle Hills has both assisted living and memory care. It was very clean, they had a lot of activities, and it was reasonably-priced. The staff was really attentive, and the person that I worked with would keep in touch to check if the search for a senior community was still going on or not. The rooms were big enough, and they had shared and private rooms depending on availability. What I liked was the big common room in the memory care area, so you can't get lost. It was beautiful outside with a nice patio and it was also locked down.

I had an appointment with Brookdale Castle Hills, but there was no one there to meet me. It turns out they wouldn't take my husband anyway because they don't take memory care people there. The rooms were very nice and big enough. It was a much older place so it was a little depressing. They had a nice setup in the cafeteria. The lobby area was extremely nice inside.

The lady at Brookdale Castle Hills was very friendly and very good, but she couldn't answer the financial questions, so she introduced us to the lady who could answer them. However, I felt that that lady brushed us off. It felt like she didn't have time for us. The first lady took us on a little tour and we liked it. The rooms felt very roomy and very comfortable, and then she took us to talk with the financial lady and it went downhill from there. They had a daily schedule of activities on the bulletin board. They have a piano, checker boards, and different things like that. They serve three meals a day and also some snacks. The lady who helped me tour the place was fine, very gracious, answered as many questions as she could, and introduced us to people. The first lady was the best, but the financial lady was not. The facility was very nice.
