Our company owes its origins to two families who were driven to provide care to seniors with memory impairment. Our community features cozy studio apartments that allow our residents to feel secure in our homelike setting. Families are welcome to decorate with personal furnishings and keepsakes, and we can also provide furnishings if needed. Apartments are available in private or semi-private options, and safety features include an emergency call system in each room and bathroom.

Throughout the community are intimate gathering areas that encourage our residents to gather with friends. Outside are secured outdoor areas with beautiful walking paths so residents can freely stroll and enjoy the natural surroundings. Every day we offer engaging activities through our Inspired Connections^® Program that addresses residents' emotional, spiritual and physical needs.

Available Services

When joining Autumn Leaves of Pearland, your loved one will have all their needs taken care of by our staff. Our chefs prepared delicious home-cooked meals, and caregivers assist with activities of daily living. We also provide housekeeping services and handle the personal laundry and linen service. An on-site beauty and barber salon keeps our residents looking their best and feeling pampered with regular trims.

Once families have decided to entrust us with their loved one, one of our registered nurses escorts them to our community free of charge. This not only ensures their safety but provides for a smooth transition into our community. Our residents also receive comprehensive assessments to ensure that we are providing the health care services they need to remain healthy emotionally, mentally and physically.
