The small assisted living community of Echelon Place is a physician-owned 16-bed facility that offers a homelike environment. Residents receive personalized assistance through customized care plans and are treated with compassion and respect. Aside from assistance with activities of daily living, additional services may include medication management and health monitoring. The staff is able to coordinate services with outside health care providers as needed, in addition to registered nurse and physician visits.

Designed with comfortable bedrooms and common areas, Echelon Place give residents a sense of home. Its private and semi-private suites have bathrooms for convenience. Three family-style meals are served daily at the dining room, while the living room offers a place for relaxation, socialization and recreational activities.
