Hawkins Creek is an Assisted Living & Memory Care community that provides exceptional person-centered holistic care to residents. Located in the heart of Gregg County, our community is nestled within a safe environment. Residents and their families have nearby access to downtown Longview, Village Green parks, and Longview Arboretum.
In addition to great senior care, residents enjoy meals in a warm, social environment three times per day. Also, there are always fun social events to keep things interesting, including Country Cruisin' bus outings, front porch concerts, monthly birthday parties, courtyard vents, well-attended quarterly Family Night, and much more!
Access to care staff is where the value truly lies in assisted living. Residents living in assisted living facilities live in their own private rooms while receiving extra help with many different medical services from specialized care providers. These hospitality and healthcare staff members monitor residents' well-being and help keep them healthy.
Our wellness services are robust. They include everything from convenient access to skilled nursing care to activities of daily living (ADLs) – whatever is necessary to maintain a safe and secure living environment. I visited this facility
Hawkins Creek is small, but adequate and clean. The building is well0maintained. They did have 1-bedroom units, and they're clean too. The staff appeared to be wonderful. They have activities. They also have a library. The dining area looked clean and open. I looked at the menu and it looked like good stuff.

We've placed our mother at Hawkins Creek and she likes it there. They have everything we were looking for. The food is excellent, the rooms are very nice, and they have a physical therapy room there.

My brother moved out of Hawkins Creek. It was determined he didn't need assisted living. He didn't like the place. He didn't like their food or the staff. The atmosphere was cold between the staff and him. The food was adequate, the staff was mediocre, and the room was cramped. It was adequate, but we got a bigger room at another place for a smaller amount. They have a patio lawn in the middle of a circle. Upon leaving, their attitude toward him and toward me changed. When I visited it, it seemed very nice, it was new, and super clean, and the management was extremely attentive.
