I visited this facility
I visited Lewisville Estates is quite close to my house. It has been kept up quite well, it does not have the nursing home spell. I used to be a director of business development for assisted living myself, so I knew those type. I also talked to the regional manager for that company, on the business development side, and that was positive, too. We checked out two rooms, one was too small. It is not so much as the size, my mother is 104 years old and had collected a lot of stuff and she needs a storage area. We can work around the other one. They had given me a sheet that listed out all the activities. I am finding using nursing homes quite nebulous, a lot of them are cutting back on their activities because of COVID, but they still had enough to keep my mom satisified because she is the life of the party. She is as alert as most ladies. They also have a place to get her hair fixed.

I visited this facility
Lewisville Estates was fantastic, and the prices were right. It's a well-kept place. It's large for assisted living, and I was very impressed with it. They furnish the meals at the assisted living side. The staff was lovely, kind, and sweet. The people were happy and smiling and talking. It was a very pleasant place to be. There were people doing different things in the recreational areas. The food was a little hard to eat.

Lewisville Estates seemed to have a lot of activities. The building was great. They have a separate memory care area that you can transition to. It is a separate building, but it is right there. The staff was excellent. However, the location was not right for us. If it was closer, I would have chosen that place.

I like the people who work at Lewisville Estates - most are helpful/cooperative. The food has greatly improved. Thanks Monte! I helped start a sing-a-long and Book Club. Exercise Programs are good and varied. Some crafts are appealing.

Lewisville Estates is a wonderful place to call home. The office staff is excellent and i have met a lot of friendly people over here. i am so happy to call Lewisville Estates my home.

Lewisville Estates is fantastic and blew my mind. My parents said that the food is mediocre, but the food service is lovely. Their room is great, but the air-conditioning broke before they moved in and there was a flood in one of the bathrooms, so they had to wait for it to get fixed before they moved in. There's one window in my mother's bedroom that's stained white and you can't see out of it, so that needs to get fixed. It's an older community, but I really like it. For my parents, it's more space for less the cost, so they're thrilled. The staff is very nice and friendly.

We chose Lewisville Estates for my father-in-law. It is an independent living that we were able to get more assistance rather than assisted living. There was a one-bedroom and a studio, and he chose the one-bedroom, both of which were very nice and very workable. He's been there a week and we've been happy. They're just missing dominoes, which is his interest. The dining area is clean and bright, and the menu choices are very good. They have a library that has a lot of books available, a nice garden courtyard, and a laundry room. The staff has been helpful. He seems very happy with the food, and it looked good. It's very clean, very tidy, has nice furniture, and is well maintained. It's a little higher than we'd like to pay, but it seems to be a decent value for this area.
