I visited this facility

I'm moving into the Atria at the Arboretum. I didn't get to have a meal there because of COVID, but I made the tour, and I chose a very nice apartment. I'm looking forward to the move. The staff who showed us around was very pleasant and very informative. I appreciated the atmosphere that I saw. Everything was very clean, bright, and homey. I like the courtyard, and as I went up to the fourth floor where my room will be, I enjoyed the view. I appreciate the amenities. I was especially interested in the food. I would have liked to have sampled a meal, but that wasn't possible. I talked to the director who came out and met me, and I told him that was one of the concerns that I had. That's one of the reasons that I was making the move, but they assured me that it was going to be great. I hope and I think it will be. I think it's classy. I love the neighborhood that it's in. I just felt very comfortable. The staff was very open and answered our questions. The carpet in the apartment that I saw was very clean and bright, and the appliances were new. It was just a very pleasant experience. Everyone I met was very pleasant.

I Am A Friend Or Relative Of A Current/Past Resident

Atria at the Arboretum is wonderful but expensive. The food is wonderful. They take you to the museums. The apartment is beautiful and 1,000 square feet with a balcony. It's a very lovely and spectacular place. I have 24-hour care. They have a lot of people at the front desk and people who keep the facility beautifully clean, but they don’t have individual help for people in the individual apartments.
