Fox Run Estates was very nice and very pleasant. We had lunch there and it was an excellent community, not quite as upscale as others, a little more relaxed, but they had lots of activities and lots of excursions. They were doing a Hawaiian luau theme for their lunch that day because they like to celebrate a different destination frequently. Both my mother and stepdad were impressed by the facility. I thought Mom could be very happy there. It was a wonderful place. The staff was very friendly and very professional. The food was excellent. I enjoyed it. The apartments had walk-in closets.
Fox Run Estates was a nice enough place. The people were nice, they showed me around, and showed me everything they had. I saw the best room that they had, and the most economical room, and they were both nice, but not what I wanted. They have a television room, and a library; they have everything there. I had lunch there and it was really good. It was delicious and they offered a good variety of food. The staff members were great. They were cordial and very helpful.
Fox Run Estates is very clean. My dad likes everything they have to offer. The cost is very good. My dad is going to move in at the end of the month. The parking is good. The residents that my dad talked to seemed happy. He enjoyed the meal there. The staff is very good too. They take very good care of us. They come across as genuine.
The apartment we looked at in Fox Run Estates has a unique floor plan and has a lot of natural light. They are very accommodating and said they would let us bring our dog, and that they would even install a small dog fence for us. They have good amenities, the staff members are friendly, and the people who live there are happy. We had lunch there and the food was good. The only difficulty we had was with the pricing.
My father's stay at Fox Run Estates was wonderful. His apartment was wonderful. The activities were very creative. The food was great. It was a very pleasant place to stay. We had a really good experience.
Fox Run Estates was a little bit aged but nice. The problem we had was with their staff. Some promises were made that weren't kept, but they're friendly and accommodating. The location was OK but a little far off the road. The grounds were nice, and had lots of covered areas with trees. The facility was a little bit aged, and it would need some updating. The rooms were nice and large, and they had nice balconies. The pricing was competitive.
My mother has moved into Fox Run Estates. I have to give them very high marks. They're very good about telling us about everything. Everything is great, the people are great. They've been wonderful. She likes it and is adapting very well to it. They have devotions in the morning and a little exercise, and she has participated in some things already. The have very good activities going on. They serve three meals a day. They come in once a week and clean her apartment and empty the trash. They welcome the people coming in. If they want to come in and eat a meal with them, they let them do that. We have eaten a few meals with them and they're very good meals. I have had no problems with the food.
Fox Run Estates is a nice community; it's much nicer than the one where I used to live. The staff members are caring people. I live in a room that they call a flat, which is the smallest one they have, but it is still roomy and big enough for me. I don't participate in too many of the activities, but they do have them all day long. They have breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the dining room. The food is very good. The pricing is fair considering how much you get.
Fox Run Estates' staff seems fine. It's clean, but the bedrooms are small. The only cooking facility they have is a microwave, not a full kitchen. The staff is fine. The only thing we didn't like was that the laundry facility is down the hall and not in your apartment. I don't want to use somebody else's washer and dryer.
Fox Run Estate has a positive and slightly energetic atmosphere upon entering. The gathering areas are clean and spacious. The facility is organized throughout with comfortable furniture. The employees are very attentive. The residents safety and good health is monitored closely. The food is wonderful and accommodating. There are great attractions nearby and social and physical activities on site.
Fox Run is a very independent community they have various areas for entertainment and activities but no encouragement to join in. This community could benefit from a in-depth wellness program and more active outings. The staff could improve on customer service they appear to be very busy and unable be be a better resource for the residents. The staff make up for some of their shortcomings by having live-in managers. The community is clean and well maintained. Fox Run is also a great place for pets. The dinning experience is restaurant-style and the chefs are very good at presentation and taste.
Hi, I'm Katie, I'm writing from Holiday's Home Office. Thank you for leaving a sincere review. I'm glad to hear you enjoyed some elements of Fox Run but were unimpressed with our activities program and live-in management team seeing as they're both things Holiday prides itself in.I've passed your review on to our Resident Relations team for their review. Please know that you're welcome to call them as well at 1-800-370-8331.Sincerely, Katie
