Located in the beautiful University Hills neighborhood not far from historic downtown Abilene, Chisholm Place offers caring and comfortable services for assisted living, memory care and Alzheimer's care. It is our mission to provide a warm and welcoming environment for our residents and deliver an exceptional amount of care that is tailored to their individual needs.

Our community features a wide range of accommodations to suit the needs of our residents. We offer studio and one-bedroom apartments complete with kitchenette and microwave. For added safety and security, our apartments are equipped with an emergency call system in the bedroom and bathroom areas.

Whenever you need to run errands or keep up with appointments, we offer scheduled transportation service for getting to places you need to go. If you're not going anywhere, you can unwind in our fully equipped spa room or transform your looks at our beauty salon and barber shop. Activity areas offer our residents plenty of opportunities to mingle with one another.

Chisholm Place recognizes that Alzheimer's and memory care patients require a special level of care and compassion. Our home is geared towards accommodating residents in a familiar and comforting environment. Family members are encouraged to be involved in the formulation of an effective care plan.

Our community also features a wide range of available care services. Each day, our restaurant offers three nutritious meals for our residents. A registered dietician is on hand to serve residents with special dietary needs. Weekly housekeeping and laundry services create a hassle-free living experience you're sure to enjoy.

I Visited This Community

Chisholm Place offers a cozy home-like feeling. This community is designed and decorated to remind their residents of home and not just a facility. Most of the staff members were welcoming, while some didn't even acknowledge me. This community is well staffed and offers variety in their menu and activity plans. Some of the residents were getting ready to leave for an outing and they were excited. Everything was clean and smelled really nice too!
