Description of Deer Lake Retirement Community
Welcome to Deer Lake Retirement Community! Located on a former golf course in the community of Bellevue in western Davidson County, Tennessee, Deer Lake Retirement Community is composed of 135 condominium homes. Most of these are in duplex arrangement, though there are a few three-plex and four-plex buildings. There are two bedroom, one bedroom, and efficiency homes available with adjacent parking for each.
The community is located in the heart of Bellevue with churches, grocery stores, pharmacies, shopping, dining, and medical facilities close by. Still, because it is a private community, one can walk, visit neighbors, and enjoy the campus without traffic. There is an activities building where groups meet, games are played, and a weekly chapel service is held.
Prices on these homes range from approximately $100,000 to $115,000 with monthly maintenance fees of $130 to $140. There is an on-site manager and a maintenance superintendent.
