Designed to meet the needs of active adults age 55 and older, Sherrill Hills is a luxury retirement community providing senior living accommodations and amenities to retirees in the greater Knoxville area. Our beautifully designed apartment homes come in a selection of studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans to suit a variety of lifestyles. Residences feature well-equipped modern kitchens, plush carpeting, window dressings, washer/dryer hook-ups and an emergency response system.

When not relaxing in your pet-friendly new home, you can take in a movie or live performance in our 150-seat theater, work up a sweat with your personal trainer in our fitness center or conduct personal business at our on-site bank. Our full-time Lifestyle Coordinator also plans a daily schedule of fun community events and activities.

I Visited This Facility

Sherrill Hills is too high money-wise. It is a very nice place, but it is out of our category. The rooms are very nice. They have all the amenities that we need; they have everything that you need there. As far as being nice, clean and all the amenities, I would give them a 5.

I Visited This Community

Sherrill Hills Retirement Community was a fairly new place. I chose it basically for my wife and I for the size of their apartments and it's updates. We are still on their waiting list. I like that their management was very friendly as well as the residents.
