Here at Fieldstone Place, our primary focus is to provide our residents with the maximum amount of independence possible, while also ensuring a rich and vibrant life full of amenities and helpful services. Our community, conveniently located in Clarksville, is specially designed to meet the individual needs of our residents.
Fieldstone Place is managed by Five Star Senior Living. Five Star is a healthcare and senior living services provider that operates independent and assisted living communities, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation hospitals, institutional pharmacies and outpatient health rehabilitation clinics throughout 30 states.

To ensure that our residents stay in the best possible health, Fieldstone Place offers a wealth of exercise and wellness programs. Eating well is also a key component of excellent health, which
is why we provide three delicious meals each day served restaurant-style in our community dining room. Healthy snacks are also available throughout the day to satisfy any cravings.
To allow our residents to fill their days with fun instead of work, we also offer weekly housekeeping and linen services. Guests can also easily travel throughout the area by taking advantage of our seven-day-a-week shuttle service. There is also a barber shop and beauty salon on the premises so that residents can always look their best without having to travel off-site.
Available Services
Our professional staff members are on site 24 hours a day and are always available to assist residents. Among the services we provide are assistance with personal hygiene bathing, medication coordination, mobility assistance and continence management. Residents also have access to superb nursing care 24 hours a day.

I am/was a resident of this facility
My brother moved into the assisted living of Fieldstone Place, and everything is just fine. Everything is great there, the care, the food, and the facilities. Also the apartment, and the attention that he gets, it's a great place. They have tons of activities and amenities. My brother really enjoys it there and really likes the people. He's adjusting pretty well. He loves the food, and he really likes the staff. I think the place itself is very well-maintained.

I visited this facility
Fieldstone Place's manager was knowledgeable and congenial. The facility was nice. However, it didn't have all that my mother needed in the way of medical support. I also didn't see a lot of camaraderie between the residents. They need to find ways to get people out of their rooms. The rooms were a little distorted because they had cutouts that would make it hard to place furniture. The day we went, we only saw a couple of people by the fireplace, and the area is not that big. They do have larger areas for meal time, but they don't seem to be using them effectively for other times of the day.
