Morningside of Lexington is managed by Five Star Senior Living. Five Star is a healthcare and senior living services provider that operates independent and assisted living communities, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation hospitals, institutional pharmacies and outpatient health rehabilitation clinics throughout 30 states.

To ensure that our residents stay in the best possible health, Morningside of Lexington offers a wealth of exercise and wellness programs. Eating well is also a key component of excellent
health, which is why we provide three delicious meals each day served restaurant-style in our community dining room. Healthy snacks are also available throughout the day to satisfy any cravings.
To allow our residents to fill their days with fun instead of work, we also offer weekly housekeeping and linen services. Guests can also easily travel throughout the area by taking advantage of our seven-day-a-week shuttle service. There is also a barber shop and beauty salon on the premises so that residents can always look their best without having to travel off-site.

Our professional staff members are on site 24 hours a day and are always available to assist residents. Among the services we provide are assistance with personal hygiene bathing, medication coordination, mobility assistance and continence management. I visited this facility
Morningside of Lexington was very nice and very clean. They tried to be really helpful, but you had to be completely mobile to be able to stay there. It was pretty modern and up-to-date. The staff member during the tour was very nice, and she went into detail about all the rooms and the accommodations. The dining room was very open and clean, and the landscape was very beautiful.

I visited this facility
I really liked Morningside of Lexington. It just didn't seem like the room was going to be big enough for my mother. I didn't want it to seem like a hospital room. I wanted something that had a little more space. They have some bigger areas towards the front, but it was getting too expensive. It was very nice and I liked the people there. I just didn't like the room size. The staff, the food, and everything else seemed really great. It appealed to me.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident
My husband lived at Morningside of Lexington. They had three meals a day and he liked the food. The management was very friendly, nice, and cooperative. He had a very nice 1-bedroom apartment, and the grounds were kept very nice. The place was very attractive. Some of the staff members were great, and some of them weren't so good. The food though was very good.
