Located in a peaceful residential setting near the shores of Lake Greenwood, Brookdale Greenwood is a cozy community providing personalized assisted living options for seniors. We deeply care about the residents we serve and take the time to get to know their stories, their families, their friends and their dreams. Residential units are available in a choice of floor plans for private or companion suites, which residents can personalize and brighten with their own furnishings. Living spaces offer easy access for those with limited mobility and they feature kitchenettes, wall-to-wall carpeting and private baths with step-in showers, non-slip surfaces and safety bars.
Our single-story building is easy to navigate and offers many comfortable common areas. Residents enjoy reading in the well-stocked library, getting their hair done by professionals in our beauty/barber shop or gathering near the fireplace for a cozy chat. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident
It is beautiful, wonderful, and the best place we could ever put my mother-in-law. We feel 100% safe with her being there. They've been nothing but good in contacting us and letting us know whatever goes on. It's clean and when you walk in, it doesn't smell like a hospital or a facility; it smells wonderful. The people are socializing. They have a nice cafeteria and patios. She's got a small kitchen area with a microwave and a refrigerator, a small dining area, small living area, a bedroom, and bathroom. It's clean and perfect for her because she can't move around good. The nurses are good. I am impressed.
