For peace of mind, our amenity-rich LifePlan community offers multiple levels of care should you ever need, including a brand-new state-of-the-art Care Center offering seamless transitions to personal care and memory care if the need should arise. Independent Living residents participate in a LifePlan with a buy in/entrance fee. This LifePlan secures offers them security and the peace of mind knowing that they will be able to age in place at The Heritage of Green Hills. New residents requiring care and moving into assisted living/personal care, memory care or care center are able to rent month-to-month without an associated buy in.
