The staff at Harbour Senior Living of Monroeville was very nice, very personable, and they made us feel very special. They even knew our names when we came in. The person that we talked to was very knowledgeable. My daughter had a lot of questions and she answered them all. The place was rundown. The place needed to be painted and needed new carpeting. They were having some hokie entertainment that my mother would absolutely hate. Their menu wasn't as good because they were just offering sandwiches and stuff.

Harbour Senior Living was OK. The place is all over the place, like when you're walking to your room, it's easy to get turned around, so I can imagine someone with issues having trouble with that. They didn't have many common areas, and I think a lot of the clients were in wheelchairs. Their Alzheimer's area didn't seem like they had anybody involved in anything. They were just sitting in wheelchairs. I felt like we didn't see a lot of staff around. I wasn't impressed with it at all. The rooms and dining area were OK. It's a clean and small place.
