Our Clare Bridge Daily Path program focuses on the individual needs of each resident and family we serve. Services are built around maintaining structure in each day, while still offering the mental and physical stimulation our residents require for good health.

We have designed individual and group activities that offer a sense of purpose, meaning and belonging to our residents. Nursing staff are on call 24 hours and special services include medication management, ambulation assistance and help with other activities of daily living.
