Below are a few common questions and answers for both individuals who are eligible to leave reviews and businesses who are eligible to receive reviews.

For Consumers

Q: I would like to leave a review of a community/service provider. How can I find them?

A: You can search for the community/service provider by going to the homepage. On the left hand side you will see the Find a Senior Home search tool. By selecting the type of community/service provider you are looking for and entering in the city, state or zip code of the location, you can see if the community/service provider is listed on our website.


Q: I left a review for a community/service provider but don’t see it yet. When will my review be published?

A: We do our best to moderate reviews within five business days. Once the content of your review has been approved by a moderator, it will be published and an email notification will be sent to your email address.


Q: I want to leave a review, but I don’t want my personal information to be displayed.

A: When you post a review you are given the option to remain anonymous. You are required to create a screen name but you can select a screen name that doesn’t reveal your identity.


For Providers 

Q: Does my business need to be a client of to receive reviews?

A: No. Any business can receive reviews on as long as they have listing. Visit the Get Your Free Listing with page to find and claim the listing for your business.


Q: I can’t seem to find my business on How can I get listed?

A: Please visit the List Your Business page to learn more and add your business to the website.


Q: Will I be able to respond to reviews of my business?

A: Yes. An email notification will be sent to you each time a review of your business is posted.


Q: Will someone be monitoring the reviews for inappropriate content?

A: Yes. We moderate all reviews. Any content that does not meet a specified set of standards will not be published.


Q: I feel that a review posted about my business does not meet the Review Creation Policies. What can I do?

A: Visit our Flag a Review on page to learn the steps you can take in addressing a questionable review.
