Welcome to Portera at the Grove. Our controlled-access community right outside of Portland offers 15 different floor plans to choose from. They include dark or neutral kitchen finishes according to your taste, attractive stainless-steel appliances, in-room fireplaces, and more. Residents will also enjoy a number of fantastic on-site amenities as Portera is a lifestyle community for people 55+ and better. Spend a rainy day or late night in our theater room with surround sound or get your blood pumping on our bocce ball court or putting green. Portera at The Grove is an Active Adult Independent Community and does not offer meals nor any personal assistance.
