The Springs at Mill Creek is managed by The Springs Living, a company based in McMinnville, Oregon. Our company's mission is to redefine senior living by building a community that our Grandma would proudly call home.

Offering seniors all the comforts of home with the modern convenience and safety of a senior-friendly design, our private apartment homes come in a selection of studio, one- and two-bedroom floor plans. Apartments feature plush carpeting, individual climate control, an emergency call system and either a full kitchen or kitchenette. Washer/dryer hook-ups and balconies are available in select homes.

As part of the all-inclusive monthly fee, residents of The Springs at Mill Creek enjoy all utilities (except telephone service), cable TV, complimentary Wi-Fi Internet service throughout the community, weekly housekeeping and flat laundry service. Routine apartment maintenance is also performed regularly by our staff to keep the community in good repair.

Available Services

As an assisted living and memory care community, our staff, including a nurse as well as medical and personal aides, are on hand around-the-clock to offer a helping hand with life's daily chores. Seniors facing the challenge of Alzheimer's and dementia reside in our Footsteps™ Memory Care neighborhood, which provides a secure, residential community designed to serve the unique needs of those with memory loss.

For the comfort and convenience of all our residents, we provide scheduled transportation to medical appointments, local shopping and group outings. Our Activity Director plans a full calendar of daily events and activities to suit a variety of interests and hobbies. And to fuel up before and after a busy day, our chef serves breakfast, lunch and dinner to residents in our community dining room.
