Description of Gateway Living
Gateway Living is located in a quiet section of Springfield, Oregon, and offers several small buildings housing up to 14 people in shared or individual rooms. Friends and relatives give high marks to the facility's homey atmosphere, accessible common areas, outdoor living space and the friendly nature of the staff. Family members appreciate that staff transports their loved ones outside the facility when desired. There is also an extensive list of activities, including arts and crafts, bingo, music therapy, exercise classes, board games, cards, trivia sessions, Wii Sports, movies, recreational activities and field trips, to keep the residents engaged.
